After the video of a woman being strangled with a belt and sexually assaulted in the Bronx, NY went viral, the NYPD went out in force to find the perpetrator.
The video on the right shows the perpetrator in custody of the NYPD who are having difficulty keeping him from being torn apart by locals.
All of this is the result of Bail Reform, Liberal District Attorneys, the ‘Defund the Police’ movement, and Joe Biden welcoming tens of millions of male, third world scum, to America.
