I thought their answer to why the TA was not gagged was a real cop out.
Ex mgmt has left.
They are making HUGE decisions like the merger with Aero and negotiating all the conditions of that.
But they dont want to make this one little decision when it comes to ungagging the Transfer Agent.
It smacks as though they are trying to hide something and it could have all been resolved so simply by ungagging the TA.
