You have to work overtime this weekend? Since you have no idea why you have to be on this board, and the company has excellent financials , very low PE on increasing earnings...there's really only two reasons

1) you are working for someone that is short. That's why you have to be here. All day every day for years yet know almost nothing about the company

2) you are working for someone acquiring shares for the inevitable sale of the company.

Now it could be both actually. Which do you think it is?
