Always a bad sign when a company is giving a dividend or spin-off of a non-listed company.That would mean a value of nothing,zero.These companies do this because they have nothing going.All the past BS has amounted to nothing.Look where your share price is at.No sales,no results,nothing.Millions of drones being used everyday by the military and across the business spectrum.Yet EPAZ has not been able to penetrate any markets.A failed company will then change gears,to the flavor of the day,batteries.Bottom line, it's a failure to deliver on the bottom line.Good luck and good trading.
