If you can get one cent a share net profit,then I'd say your golden.That would make SPZI or JPE3 a 10 cent to 20 cent a share stock.Other than that it's just the same as all the penny stocks in OTC land.Net profit is all that counts,nothing more and nothing less.Promises don't pay the bills,just tangible funds.Good luck and good trading.
