THIS IMO - might be why FINRA + OTC and likely my "guess" is now on Jake like a junkyard dog and "Gee FINRA chilled my pesky 1 for 500K ole reverse split for like 14 mo mo months" and blah blah blah !!

ALL those folks all all all "work together" - DO NOT think one is going to sue the damn OTC and not have them call up the SEC which they have a direct line like calling the Kremlin on the red phone and say, "HEY, WE ALREADY HAD RADAR ON THIS SHIT SHOW 3a10 and some kid behind it - well he's suing our ass and we did some digging and here's what WE think is going on" blah blah blah.

It's a tight club - it's like going after a cop and wondering why all the sudden their union + about a half dozen other "orgs" w/ horsepower are suddenly staring you down and not looking happy !

Regulator and marketplace and FINRA attorneys calling each other - WE call, hell we don't even know their inside key lawyers phone numbers and never will. BUT OTC and insiders at FINRA etc- they can call their damn cell phones and have email addresses we as Jane Q. Public would never be given in a million years !!

IF there wasn't a laser beam burning spot-light on JAKE and his "companies" - well SUE THE OTC and SUE FINRA and see how that "works out" in the end LMAO !!!

I'd put Vegas big money - that THE SEC has a "hot file" going on this shit show that's burning a hole right through some SEC lawyers desk as we speak :))
