As noted, there are those that are aligned with Kenny and Dougie. There was a vote that took place two days ago~? Not sure how it went.
Hester is aligned or so it seems. They do not want the CAT as it exists now to be in place so they pick away at what loopholes they can. Hoping the vote went south on them and that these crooks have to face the music with the CAT system fully intact.
No changes to it as it stands.
"They" don't want the CAT system as it stands because it exposes what they do to screw retail investors.

We'll see what goes.
