I'm pretty sure there's a live counter lawsuit that OTC fired back at ole Jake.

I saw it - I'm having trouble finding it quick this AM as I'm busy. I might have put a link in my "Jake file" which is now open and hot as refined Plutonium LOL !!!

Pretty sure though - that OTC took to filing a counter suit and I mean slapping the shit out of him kinda lawsuit if not mistaken. OTC is NY and now part of NASDAQ - they're not going to jack around with some POS kid dogging um and smearing their name in PR as "OTC causes companies to be F-d and screwed" blah blah blah which is EXACTLY what the dumb ass kid did and did in spades !

I can try and find it later - I'll be in and out on the road a bit today. Pretty darn sure I was and scan-quick read it though ?

Like "OTC MARKET v Noch et al" aka specifically titled as "counter lawsuit" type gig ?
