The Main Problem is that Mark G really has no Marketing (professional) backing here and does not either know how to create Catalyst(s) that hold value to interested parties out there or allow others to manage the messages for HIM, a real issue over the past few years. Look at today 5/10, FOUR TRADES ONLY and two hours into the trading day , for a little bit over $100 dollars. That low volume trend has followed this now for Months and until (was the Merger, that had been beat to death by Mark G so was not even a mover or shaker when it was announced) .

1. Mark's constant Posts that have little value , no backing of information, does not come through has really been a downfall here now for over TWO YEARS. To combat that a CEO normally gets a professional that can send out specific notes with specific details and buffers for the CEO. That leaves the CEO and Management Team to work on contracts, deals, developement and execution .
2. In this case the LinkedIN and Social Media pages that come out from EES ,Terreplenish are just pictures or REPOSTS of other companies doing business, NOT EES .
3. I have posted the CSOL moves, filings, 8-k stating contract with EES/EEM and shoing changes on their OTC Profile showing this , if anything it would be a great move if this AT LEAST came through but once again it needs to be REAL , and someone with the background of Joe P, knows that.
4. They are still on "HOLD" for the Share Transfer Finalization , it appears and that may be a reason why CSOL has not made the next move.
