CEO of a 2nd company has now filed a defamation lawsuit against primarily iHub bashers for "wrongful, malicious, false and defamatory statements".

It has been "requested that this Court enter judgement in their favor and against Defendant, enjoining Defendants from continuing to harass and cyberstalk Plaintiffs and from making further defamatory statements against them, and awarding Plaintiffs their damages, including special, punitive damages, incidental damages, consequential damages, attorneys' fees and costs incurred in attempting to correct Defendants' defamatory statements, and such other relief as the Court deems just and proper."

The Court has commanded iHub owners to disclose the personal details of 29 bashers and 'X' to disclose a further 5.

The $INQD board here has also has plenty of evidence from "the usual suspects" which should be sent to the CEO for lawsuit action.

Settlements are ty[ically in $6-figures per defendant so that would provide a useful additional revenue stream!
