The only thing the SEC is looking into is the disgruntled AXXA
Employees fired for embezzling money from their respective AXXA subsidiaries. Otherwise known as AXXA Bashers.

The SEC realizes these psychopaths have been criminally manipulating AXXA's PPS lower and lower over the last few years.
Forcing AXXA to fund its projects by means other than stock sales.
.
Once the SEC locates all of the accounts these AXXA Basher criminals/psychopaths are using to manipulate AXXA's PPS.
And freeze them. AXXA'S PPS will recover to over a dollar. Where it should be. Eventually trading between $5 and $20.
