I called him and explained that I was trying to do some DD to verify whether or not He was the Acc Firm as Listed on OTCMarkets

He stated he was Not, then the conversation rolled on when I let Him know about the SEC Bust on the Acc Firm CNNA had used to file Form 10

I explained to him about the form 10, and the recent news about the SEC going after the Acc Firm that CNNA Originally used to file Form10

He knows that that firm under SEC investigation, will have All their Filings for their clientele nullified
