As Leo Ehrlich has decided to spurn his legal obligations to file periodic reports required by US law (I wonder why?), nobody knows whether IPIX retains any interest in BeaMed's (by definition generic) laser technology or its current book value.

To gamble that Ehrlich has finally done the right thing after decades of ripping off his victims would seem to be a poor bet.
