the security will move to the Expert Market for unsolicited quoting only, unless OTC Markets Group determines another exception under Rule 15c2-11 applies, such as the Large Company/ADTV exception

The otcmarket also shows this in the "dark period" the dark period exists during buyout situations like we are in now. Also why the company can't talk about things now

With this I have a hard time believing we go to expert market. EM is intended for business that just do not want to report....not those that can't
