It seems that for the first time since 2015 CVSI is lawsuit free. The last case closing May 2. This one dated back to 2015 and as usual it
was the plaintiffs lawyers who made out. They will receive about $244K and the plaintiff will receive about 3k. CVSI has negotiated a interest
free payment plan over 19 months of about 13k per month. Looking at this with a glass half full attitude it now means there should be less dilution going forward. CVSI in the past I believe has paid their attorneys in stock who have sold it into the market. There should now be less
downward pressure on the stock price from their lawyers selling. I believe the lawyers selling has contributed to a lot of the dilution over the last 5 years
