No you aren't close to being accurate. The WNFT price is down because Sharp hasn't accomplished anything of value in 3 years.

Then the Coup de grace was when Sharp filed a Form 15 to deregister the stock and cease all SEC filing Obligations.

There isn't anything to get excited about with WNFT. Sharp told everyone by his actions that he was abandoning WNFT and GVSI.

Oversold with the cancelation of the stock should create a demand - not depress the price. But after 3 years it is time for Sharp to Show me - Don't tell me. But he has always been all talk.

"$WNFT cheap. WNFT oversold. Sellers bring down price of WNFT. Buyers no get relief. Fear and uncertainty send price of WNFT down big. Buyers and sellers dictate price of stock. Supply and demand run show. Buyers can overpower sellers if WNFT gain enough exposure. Demand increase result in higher share price. Sharp working on real deal. If you no believe Sharp then move on. Good day sir."

Supply and demand on the OTC when the insiders can manipulate the price so easily.

You don't know if Sharp is working on
a real deal - he hasn't brought a real company to the table in over 5 years for FORW. That is more wishful thinking.

OTC investors don't understand the importance of hijacked shells not having a filed a 15c - that makes it impossible for any real company to do a reverse merger. Call a securities attorney and tell them a shell obtained via a custodianship that doesn't have a 15c and ask them the value of the shell.
