Come on! Look at what we have under the surface of beautiful Nebraska! Sc, Nb, and REEs are more needed then Li…. So I’m not concerned at all!!


That's the distinction I was talking about and what makes NioCorp a much better investment IMO. Lithium prices peaked in 2022 and have bottomed out since then. This would've been the time period Ioneer was chasing that DOE loan, and at the time I'm sure the Energy Department saw it as a good use of their funds.

Lots of companies got on the lithium gravy train, so that market is now well diluted.

Mark Smith's ace in the hole is that NioCorp will stand out as the only U.S.-based company producing an assortment of domestic critical minerals, which have been highlighted as essential by our government.

Plus, REEs are the element du jour - so that's a bonus feather in NioCorp's cap.
