Gm friend. I would say that my take on Veemost is that Melvin appears focused on the business, rather than trying to appease the peanut gallery. Overall I think he is being careful not to damage the viability of the business with unnecessary costs of pink disclosure compliance. My guess is he is just trying to keep it as simple as possible for now.
My thoughts on your points:
1. Probably just using a template for the filings that has the instructions at the top.
2. Yes, my understanding is a new AL is needed for revisions… it’s probably about halfway to the top of the attorney’s stack of to dos by now lol.
