Having been involved in private placements I find the offering timing and pricing more than interesting. Based on the recent announcements related to their new products and given they covered the legal costs for the offering already is interesting.

While the Plan of Operations is nothing more than talk, it does demonstrate to the shareholders that THEY HAVE A PLAN!

Bottom line, show me the contract or show me the money.
