As iglow and several others have mentioned, the Calasse litigation should not have held up anything if Sharp had a legit merger. Sharp can end it at any time, he just has to settle. If he's sitting on a really big fish, there's no reason not to settle and move on.


But that ship likely sailed by now. I'm guessing both sides have spent a fortune and only the lawyers benefit.


I'm not sure what makes you think WNFT would ever get international headlines or sniff $1 even if Calasse magically disappeared. Sharp doesn't have shit, because of he did he would put it in SRNW.

Unless you're just hoping Sharp will do a big scam like the fraudsters did in 2013...
