First, to be clear I am totally against any threats of violence made. But the problem is there is no transparency. His complaint, unless exhibits were entered? provided no examples of these threats. Surely if there have been death threats then this is a law enforcement situation to be pursued, on those specific targets, not a Civil action seeking personal information on hundreds who do not fit that profile.

So this does not add up. Any reasonable person receiving death threats, I believe would contact law enforcement who would investigate if credible at no cost. Instead, we have an attempt to uncover massive identities of social media accounts that are not partied to this. Why?

I am not on the list nor was familiar with this company/business until a few days ago when a few online friends were expressing how they were caught up in this fishnet. It's disturbing, to say the least, and I suspect no good will come of this. No way would I ever consider investing here where the owner tries to go after some of its shareholders because it appears he wants to silence criticism under the disguise of something else.
