THIS is IMO some real, real deep-dive great due diligence by poster SCAMBUSTERKING !

I was "getting in the vibe" that where this mess leads is ultimately to likely SEC 3a10 offering "problems" (variations on violating insider restricted share sales and similar securities act violations) -

THAT is a LOT of good info there - I need to "boil it down" into a "tight fast read package" for SEC regulators where I can hopefully get a SEC field office (Miami is my first target) get um radar-lock on it and "interested" and cut um loose on this mess, IF they're not already dogging it !

I've never dogged a stink pinky that's a 3a10 issuer/format BUT my quick Google shows THE SEC is seeing these as the "new hot area" for Stinky Pinky wide-open hustling and a LOT of "problems" and some cases they've already gone far enough with to bring civil charges etc.

Thus - I'm on the fast-learn curve to get versed in 3a10 and am going to try and light this one up at THE SEC and "make the case" which IMO is pretty damn clear here that "things are amiss" to put it mildly.

Also - as I know you are TOP NOTCH at due diligence and been here a loooong time on these stink tickers and exposing them - I "think" I've found some serious problems with this recent BS "audit of SONG" and it leads me to "The auditor".

I'm on a long day here - so I'll try and get you a post about "the audit issues" and post it directly to you and you can give it a read and see if you think it's got some hooks and legs to it. I "think" the audit/auditor "might" be bogus or is highly "suspect" and I'll explain why in my next post about it.

It's in one of their U1 or whatever the heck they call their "filings" on these 3a10 clown shows - but this "auditor", man it lit up my "WTF" detector and I did some Google etc and I come up with RED FLAG and NEEDS DEEP DIVE CHECKING IMO !!!

By tomorrow - I'll ping you my "Info on the SONG audit" jazz - and what I "think" might be going on.

You know as you've been around a long time, NOT the first time these stinky pinkies "find" these supposed "Yo, it's a good auditor, heck man the dude is a real CPA like licensed in Bulgari or Kathmandu... and this here meets SEC audit requirements" (guy with no office, no posted phone, no website, no way anyone BUT the stinky pink can find them - that kinda gig thingy !!) blah blah only to find out ALL BOGUS or BOGUS enough it's a no-fly and no go !

100's of "audits" in stinky pink-ville that are total hustles - this IMO..it "might" involve something of that ilk, IF what I found so far doesn't jive and more can be uncovered.
