That is complete nonsense - and certainly not true - the fiduciary responsibilities of a CEO is to first do what is in the best interest of the shareholders.

"First off what DD was done to make that statement?? None!! Secondly he's always supposed to do what's best for him first then the shareholders can benefit afterwards!! Someone has already addressed the fact that it doesn't have to go to expert market it just eases filing requirements!!

Anyone who posts that has Zero credibility - because that shows how little you know about the stock market. I can't believe anyone would post something so stupid.

I never said filing a Form 15 meant that the company would be relegated to the Expert Market.

"Typically shareholders, or the directors who are supposed to represent them, give some latitude to the CEO to act in the best interests of the company and its stakeholders (employees, customers/vendors, government, citizens at large / environment) but the CEO has an obligation towards the shareholders."

With WNFT there is only Sharp and he only acts in his best interest.

With a real public company - there is a dilemma of what is best for the company or shareholders - that is why they have a real BOD.
