Why would Sharp throw WNFT under the bus along with GVSI?

"The LOI also provides Worldwide NFT, Inc. (OTCMKT: WNFT) the opportunity to provide the final $2 million of the $15 million investment into GVSI, dependent on WNFT’s ability to raise these funds."

Sharp is the CEO of both companies and why act like they are independent - "dependent on WNFT’s ability to raise these funds."

Anything Sharp does is called a Related Party Transaction.

Most of the time when a OTC stock moves it is because of the insiders manipulating the price.

Sharp hasn't done anything to gain the trust of investors.
