Really don't see how SEC regulators allow deadbeat OTC companies, like KRTL to continue to release speculative news over the course of years, that never appears to produce results.

Imo, investing in many companies listed on the OTC is a just a gambling game predicated on mainly, speculative news and how many investors can be fooled into actually believing some of it.

Seems most times, just another opportunity to cash out shares for insiders and investors that are willing to buy in on a hunch some news will move the pps up, not true sources of revenue or the profitability of the company.

It is a real side show for me. There certainly is an obvious downside to investing in KRTL. Just look at the many shifts in direction and their total lack of any obvious results over the past two years.
