I know you don't want to hear this Bill2, but the percentage of what common shareholders have combined will decrease. They will essentially be diluted while people on the internet rave about the great share structure. People won't give away money without getting something greater in return. The company is a failed enterprise at this point, they need capital to start all over again and wash, rinse, repeat. It is a way to dilute the percentage of ownership of the common shareholder while making it seem not so for the gullible.
