Repeating the same news without clearing the air of obvious concerns is worrisome.

If there is no $350 million financing in the pipeline, Yorkville Advisors will definitely crash the bid as they have done elsewhere.

If Richard Tsai is not coming up with the money than I am just telling you all what needs to happen.

If Richard Tsai doesn't want to support the valuation, than others including yourself need to find advocates who will.

So, how much of the $350 million are you going to repay to help the cause?

See, me owning warrants indicates I will support a financing if you guys - who are obviously successful investors and have $350 million as a group - are willing to pony up cash as well.

Prove to me my believe is not wrong.
