B402, Criminal trials are held to hold a defendant accountable for breaking the law. Not to drag anyone or anything through any mud.

Criminal trials occasionally go wrong in that an innocent is found guilty, that is absolutely impossible in this case.

And, cases brought in the interest of accountability can never backfire. They are what they are.
