At this point, the Law Suit is nothing more than a minor aggravation, and
it sounds like it's in the final stage of resolution !!!

I'm sure Ken will be happy when he can put this in the rearview mirror, and
focus 100% of his time on all the great things that he is working on and
has falling into place ( ie; LikeRE - Outdoorsmen & the Joint Venture
