I don't know this Jake, but it he fits the profile of an angry-at-basher-shorters-true-believer, he's going to get laughed at if he starts talking about shorting OTC pinkies.

What's interesting is that while there have been numerous instances of pumpers being prosecuted (and even imprisoned) for intentional pump and dumps, as well as true-professional-bashers being prosecuted, there have been apparently zero instances of anyone prosecuted for "bashing" otc pinky stocks. I think the reason is simply that to be prosecuted for bashing, the plaintiff would have to show damages (bashers can and do damage higher priced stocks through shorting), but the total absence of any prosecution of otc-pinky "bashers" is because there can be no shorting of penny stocks, and that obviates claims of damages.
