Not even close. Kenneth Starr was hired for purely political reasons i.e. an impeachment process.. He could not find any proof into the Whitewater allegations but finally managed to find out that Clinton got a blow job that led to his unsuccessful impeachment.. Our great Justice Kanihavanother was part of all that too.

This is a criminal case in an individual state and doesn't concern where the orange fool stuck his weenie. It's about falsifying business records in order to defraud the American public out of a fair election result and also tax evasion..
