I guess you have me on ignore as I already posted about the report. Bull on audited fins as far as I am concerned. There is no money for it. The business is broke. He doesn't even have a lawyer's letter with his annual filing. He is headed towards failure. His report is a disaster. The acquisition has destroyed everything. I have been trying to warn since he announced it. 200,000 for tech division support ( whatever that is ) on 179,210 of sales.

Sales dropped from 476,952 to 179,210. Net income loss went from - (61,308) to - (395,482). Lost of 395,482 on sales of 179,210. GL
