Well, fine. I already said I could be mistaken. But - my opinion is that your posts have been thinly veiled in the negative, for the most part. Here is the gist of them:

"Hope we don't get another delay"

"This is depressing to look at!! 912 gets invalidated and we’re done!"

"Not sure why he bothers posting this rather depressing chart that shows all those patents declared invalid by the PTAB!!"

When Optimist101 posted: "For what its worth my thoughts are the new specialists on USPTO and CAFC matters would not have signed on to fight for netlist if they thought everything was actually legit with there decisions. That leads me to hope there is no chance for Samsung and micron to weasel out of all this unless they are paying judges and everybody else under the table. Interesting and exciting times ahead"

You answered with "Money talks" - intimating the belief that the judges ARE getting paid.
