But no real revenue to speak of. It seems they have kept their licensing and accounting current, which is a good sign.

The tax loss and shell are attractive to some entity, but they will be seeking a deal and pay pennies on the dollar for a merger, as WDDD is in a precarious position, with their back to the wall.

In my opinion, reaching an .80 valuation based off the $45 million loss carry forward, is quite ambitious.

Hopefully, something close to that happens. We will have to wait and see.
