Yea.
I can see $150k for the shell. Especially a maxed out one.
I can see the old control get all their preferred shares converted into commons, get enough time to unload and R/S. Then build a multi $B company. It's not like JFH hasn't done it before?

Seems like a lot of effort when there are so many clean low O/S shells out there for sale. Audited ones too..
