Different circumstances:
Had 1/6 the number of shares then
All OTCs ran in early 2021.
It hit .15 and fell sharply from it. Certainly didnt stay there for months. The company was diluting heavily into that move.

They are currently diluting millions of shares into retail right now too at .001
