I think there may have been 10 to 15 states considering taking him off the ballet. If it goes back to chutkan and she rules no immunity I wonder if it's not too late to knock asshole off the ballot. Technically I've read there is no real issue or problem either reprinting or just leaving him on them but his votes will not count if they ruled he can't run in the state.

I also think if they boot it back to the state, they may not have any say how to decide state wise? Meaning they can't order how to decide?
