The TMMI way. The lack of newswire PR's and a lack of a direct response to the investors. No technical updates. Any momentum TMMI had before the the investor vacancies @12/2021 seems to be gone. Is this about lack of investment dollars? BUT this management has found their own way of trickling information to the investors mostly through Twitter. And they do speak of the future. Apparently this is Ms Bala's approach to open communication. I do hope they have a path.

The focus for TMMI 2023 has been to identify compatible technologies and/or technology companies that can be incorporated into a going forward business plan for the company.

Two potential opportunities have been identified. Discussions are underway with legal and tax advisors to determine if a viable approach can be developed.

To our Shareholders, TMMI has engaged an audit firm to complete the audit work necessary for TMMI to become a reporting company. We will keep you posted on the completion.

As of the balance sheet date, the Joint Venture project where the Code Baby Software is contemplated to be used and potential applications for TMMI projects continue to be explored.
