This is not the first schedule 3 drug but I know you know that. Is it possible someone told you it was complicated and you believed that vs the fda has had a process for decades? They are already bypassing the process about doing trials and some that are against or short are trying to push thats why the next administration will toss this(no trials) Not true as the next administration will keep medical just as hemp and other things go through and already on the record abiout medical. This is NOT a new process
