The Company states that it is not a shell company as defined in Rules 405 of the Securities Act of
1933 and 12b-2 of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, however, was previously a shell company.

And, maybe it's just me, but since DYNS/CYBK/WOGI/MONI have all maintained that the ticker is not nor never was a shell company, maybe that attorney should provide a wee bit more information...

Or maybe OTCM should expect it.
