way beyond my pay grade but I've always loved my fellow staffers... and the giraffes, I learn new stuff every day. A lot of the branches they eat are supplied by the electric company that has to cut down trees around their wires so instead of going to the dump they bring them to us to feed our friends with.

We keep the pens/exhibits tidy and really don't have any interactions with them but it's always great to see the final results..

LOL when I was little and going there we always had a bag of marshmallows to feed them. Now they are forbidden on the premises the same as salted nuts. Like I got in trouble for feeding my buddy potato chips, things have really evolved to a brighter day.😊
