We haven't seen the agreement with a regional dealership. The RMA agreement or contract - was that Mullen didn't get paid until a Van or Truck was sold. If they have a similar contract with the new dealership - it is a horrible business model that will lead to bankruptcy.

"I have no idea but I figure if MULN has very large regional dealerships on board who are willing to sell them, then odds are they are legit."
