It's been a horrendous play for early shareholders, no doubt! I've been caught in many bad dilution plays. But this might be a very rare turnaround at play. California mandates 50% of government vehicle purchases must be EV this year, and 100% by 2027. That's a lot of purchase dollars at play with a limited selection of vehicles to choose from. It gives MULN a fighting chance.
