now the bid is below me I should be shown as the bid
I think there is plenty of time before that up coming audit report everything
is deependdednt upon that report being as Nils is saying it will be positive.
I amnot sureb what is any value there is to that spin off. We don't know what
type of property they hold and why it came to us.
