What short selling banks? Can you produce any evidence to establish that any banks are actually selling GME shares (or AMC or HYMC) short in the banks' own trading accounts, as opposed to processing trades for an account holder client? When JP Morgan, or Citi, or BAC through its Merrill Lynch brokerage, or Morgan Stanley or Goldman Sachs process a short sale trade for a client account, it always is listed as the house making the trade in street name on behalf of the account holder. But that does not mean any of the aforementioned banks are themselves shorting any of these tickers for their own trading accounts. SMFH
