I actually talked to the CEO this morning. He said he won't address shareholders for another 3 months. He said the lenders are the ones that structured the IPO so he could continue operations. I was really pissed at the whole conversation. I said his company is the quickest in history to IPO and to go under $1 non-compliance. He said he can't disclose those dealerships because of nda's.
