Here's the thing. The CEO is responsible for the PPS
It's been at .0001 for well over a year now. It has nothing to do with defamation or manipulation.
It's all because the shady CEO holds his finger on the dilute button and doesn't follow through with claims.
Hence the "significant" share cancelation that showed his true colors.
