It will take a while. A Form 15 goes effective after 90 days, if it passes SEC comments, and OTC Markets might not acknowledge it until after 2 or 3 weeks later.
When it goes to Expert Market, I will buy it. I'm an OTC investor, not a flipper.
I'm not sure why you keep arguing that it will go expert market, when your main holding is GVSI (which is not expert market).
Filing the Form 15 doesn't put it into expert market, it changes the disclosure requirements. Instead of being SEC reporting, WNFT becomes alternative reporting like GVSI.
It wouldn't go expert market unless Sharp stops reporting entirely, but why would he do that when he's still reporting for GVSI? It just makes no sense at this stage.
I guess we will see what the clown does in the next month or so. If he doesn't file a quarterly report for Q1, then maybe you're right. But it would be another blow to Sharp as the OTC Whiz, that's for sure.
