One possibility that I have not considered re Git Fluked, is that he lost a large sum of money investing in AABB years ago, and is on a mission to do anything and say anything he can to cause AABB harm, including bashing endlessly to scare away contemporary investors. It makes perfect sense, but he would never admit to it, even if it were true. He won't complain to the SEC himself, but advocates that new investors complain to the SEC, or file a lawsuit. Perfect sense, ???
