I guess the dream of Richard Tsai investing at $10.75 is just that.

A dream.

I appreciate Hercules in being truthful when he said he wouldn't participate in financing at $10.75

The biggest bull here and he refuses to help the company avoid the Wolves of Dilution.

If he refuses to back up the valuation that he posted numerous times, then why should others?

Kind of disgusting to post about how delicious the valuation is and then refusing to invest their own money.

A sad day when AGBA is unable to find anyone to invest at their $10.75 valuation.

Valuation announced on April 16 2024 and here we sit on the 20th day with no one willing to back up the valuation.

It's sad that no one was able to find true investors to put their money up.

We really could have seen the price fly.
